Assistant Project Manager for the Scheme providing consultancy services to the Council for the Highways Agency / England’s proposed upgrade of the A14. included the detailed review of the Environment Statement and co-ordinating the WSP PB design team to produce two Feasibility and Costing Studies for new overbridges across proposed revised A14 alignment.
