Created the ‘as built’ programmes to be compared with the baseline programmes. Outlined the differences between the 2 programmes, and identify the delays and impact on the construction hence the overall project. Prepared delay statements to accompany the delay analysis. Identified which of the events claimed are relevant events under the contract. Established the ‘as built’ critical paths, and relates the events that contribute to the extended completion date. Provided detailed breakdown of the programme for every logic link to be included in the statement of the case. Liaised with the JV in developing the documentation in negotiations for settlement of extension of time, acceleration and disruption claims. Advised the JV’s contractual entitlement for the extension of time. Involved in preparing the acceleration/mitigation programme, and schedule impact analysis. Liaised with the JV in developing the programming strategies for the claims documents.
