Carillion – North London Railway Infrastructure Project
Working for Carillion on a part of a £120Million Rapid 9-month duration project, including building 6 new railway stations, and relaying several new railway tracks, as a planning lead worked on several stations across the North London line. Planning and construction of existing stations, renovation of station buildings, platform, and new railway turn-back extensions. In addition, there server several new bridges were constructed, and demolition of the old building as part of the extension, and construction of a new pre-cast concrete subway connecting the overground line with the London underground. As a senior planning engineer managed on detailed programs with a limitation of possession working planning. Extremely highly detailed resourced schedule with labor & plant caring critical works through possession, coordinating works on-site with several ‘plan B’ schedules as required by the client. Hour-by-hour schedules were required by the client during possession.
