Resurfacing the taxiway, replacing the airfield ground lighting and associated drainage, creating a concrete fillet on the taxiway, and de-icing the aircraft.
Provided detailed construction planning for some of the high profile projects, including Terminal 3 replacement of 11 air bridges, New UKBF E-Gates, replacement of over 60 number Lifts & Paxcons around Terminal 3 and 5, new hotel in T3 (fit out), terminal building, and various luxury brands fit-out (LV, Chanel, Tiffany) projects on both terminals.
The main focus was on delivering the projects on time and within the stipulated budget.
