Rehabilitation Of Irrigation System In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The executing agency is Irrigation and power development of this project. The project value is 8.484 billion. The project scope includes Lifting of the irrigation water from the natural nallahs and low-lying water ponds through pumping devices, conveying the water to the fields situated at higher elevations through GI and PVC pipes and supplying water to the fields of lower or equal elevation through open channels. It will also serve as connection between different fields having depressions in between through RCC or PVC pipes and will provide naakas and turnouts at water distribution points. NS Violet will be providing a detailed gap analysis on the above project. We study, analyze and point-out gaps in project formulation, appraisal, approval, execution, monitoring & evaluation.
